Aug 16, 2015 I have a ati readon hd 4650 video card just i dont find driver to Windows 10.Where i find it.The microsoft that promised that be,. Nov 21, 2012  Still, the Diamond/ATI/AMD video card drivers will not install. It is worth mentioning that when I bought and installed the Radeon HD4650 AGP for the first time I also had issues: the software that came with the card did not install. After calling Diamond tech support a link for another driver was provided and the drivers were finally installed.

I am at my wit's end. My 'old faithfull', my 9-year-old HP Media Center m370n had a hard disk failure and I decided to rebuild the system after my backup disk could not be restored. Well, after installing a new hard disk and removing the dust of my RecoveryDisks, I started the daunting task of reinstalling and updating all my software. Days into this computer nightmare I became dumbfounded as to why my Diamond's/ATI's/AMD's software and driver of my 2-year-old Radeon HD 4650 video card (the old Radeon 9200card failed after 7 years of use) will not install no matter what I try - and I tried a lot!

I even got to step onto a few computer tech's ego in the process (don't recommend it). Can anyone help?I have tried installs after uninstalls, updates after reupdates, registry cleaning, chipset searches, on and on and on. Am about ready to toss 'old faithful' in the recycling bin. But before I do, I thought I would run this by the community and seeif I can get clarity on this insanity.

And forgive the prose, after a week of this my brain's logical compiler is fading fast.Any comments?Thank you in advance,Robert. Nithyananda J,Thank you for your reply.

I am going to answer your questions and comments in order.1. Have you made any changes to the computer?A: Other than replacing the hard disk, no. Nothing was changed, the computer remains exactly like it was before the hard disk crash, and hardware tests do not show any problems.2.

Do you receive any error message?A: After trying to install several versions of the Diamond/ATI/AMD installation software for the Radeon HD4650 AGP video card I have received the following error messages: 'THE HARDWARE WAS NOT INSTALLED BECAUSE THE WIZARD CANNOT FIND THE NECESSARY SOFTWARE.' And, 'ATI GRAPHICS PROCESSOR, CATALYST CONTROL CENTER, FAILED TO INSTALL ATI DISPLAY DRIVER BECAUSE THE DRIVER PACKAGE IS NOT SIGNED.'

What troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?A: I have rebuilt the XP operating system three times. I have tried installing the Diamond/ATI/AMD software at various stages of completion (i.e. XP SP2 and XP SP3). Everytime I remove an installation I clean all traces of it (file folder and registry)before installing the new one.4. What happens when you try to install the updated drivers for the Radeon HD4650 AGP video card?A: I receive no messages or get one of the above mentioned error.

The drivers for the HDMI audio install fine but the Catalyst Control Center software and drivers do not.I have updated the computer's chipset and the last bios made for the system. I have installed Microsoft Office 2010 Professional, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, HP and Canon Printers, Roxio Audio, etc. And had no problems installing or operating all thesoftware. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS HAVING THE VIDEO DRIVERS INSTALLED.I have tried your suggestions but cannot install the video drivers. I am totally puzzled by this.Any further suggestions are greatly appreciated.P.S. At the suggestion of an AMD technician, I also have removed and reinstalled the video card - he thought that poor connection could be the culprit. Daavee,Thank you for posting.

As I installed and updated the Windows XP Media Center I visited the HP site you suggested and applied all relevant updates before proceeding. I also visited ASUSTech and obtained a chipset update for the motherboard. Additionally,I used XP's Device Manager and updated the driver for every hardware listed. Still, the Diamond/ATI/AMD video card drivers will not install. It is worth mentioning that when I bought and installed the Radeon HD4650 AGP for the first time I also had issues:the software that came with the card did not install. After calling Diamond tech support a link for another driver was provided and the drivers were finally installed. I have contacted Diamond (the video card still under warranty) but have had very little(if any) help correcting the problem this time around.Robert.

Tyrred,Thank you for your post.I do not know if my computer's motherboard has builtin video. I have used Device Manager to remove video driver, restarted the computer and allowed Windows XP SP3 to look for a compatible driver. That's when I usually get the error message that no compatibledriver found, please install software.I foundout that Diamond is a reseller of video cards.

Their customer service is poor, no one wants to take the time to help me. Viewing guide to outbreak movie answer key. I don't recommend their products and would never buy one again.I have tried drivers from Diamond's website, ATI's and AMD.

Ati radeon 4300/hd 4500 drivers windows 10

I have gone from latest to several older versions but I am not sure I have tried or know how to find the oldest driver for the Radeon HD 4650 AGP video card.I have not tried any other card, I am concerned that I would have the same problem along with further bad customer service. But I am reaching the end on this saga and am not sure what to do. I hate to give up ton this computer, it has provided almost 10years of good service and XP SP3 works fine for what I do. I was hoping to find a solution and use this computer for another year before stepping up to Windows 8 machines.I am not sure what I will do.

Thank you for your suggestions.Robert. Hi Nithyananda J,I was thinking about your question number 1: Have you made any changes to the computer? I replaced the original Radeon 9200 video card with the Radeon HD4650 AGP card. Could this be causing the problem as I rebuilt Windows XP from my originalRecovery disks? The recovery disks were made 9 years ago, when the computer was new.The thing I don't understand is how this could bcome a problem after all the updates made to bring the computer operational system up to date (XP SP3)?Any other suggestions?Robert.
