Well I had it for a year and used it maybe for 30 items and out of the blue, it stopped working. I changed the battery and tried again and I get nothing. Yes they are brand new batteries. Just disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for. Will for sure shop around thistime and get a better quality machine. No more Royal scale for me.
